Congratulations to Alberto and Monica, who have just published a new article in Hydrology and Earth System Sciences, together with Chuan‑An Xia, Jiayun Li, and Bill Hu. The study presents an efficient and accurate framework for jointly estimating spatially variable hydraulic conductivity and identifying unknown pumping well locations and rates in a 2D confined aquifer.
