Giovanni, Monica, and Alberto, together with Andrea (former PhD in MIPORE group), Leon Casse, and Federico Maggi from The University of Sydney, have published a paper in Nature Scientific Data titled “Pesticides application rate maps in the European Union at a 250 m spatial resolution”.

The paper offers a key advancement in pesticide mapping across the EU, embedding data quality and uncertainty through stochastic approaches. Their work will support assessments of pesticide fate, transport, biological transformation, and environmental risk.
