I graduated in Civil Engineer for Risk mitigation (oriented to risks for structures and infrastructures). My main research interest is related to the field of disaster risk reduction, with specific reference to tools for supporting emergency procedures during a crisis. My MSc thesis was focused on the design of a WebGIS platform capable of improving rescuers’ performances in case of an earthquake hitting a dam-populated area. In consequence, in February 2022, I started a PhD in Environmental and Infrastructure Engineering in collaboration with Regione Lombardia, aimed to find optimal solutions for the deployment of environmental data belonging to several involved stakeholders. These data will possibly be integrated into geodata processing and modeling under uncertainties, with the aim of monitoring risks for the environment, in particular with respect to hydrogeological risk. Currently, I am involved in InNova project, held by Regione Lombardia in collaboration with ARIA Spa, whose goal is to re-organize data and services of environmental interest in a single platform, easily accessible by Regione users; in particular, I was assigned to DG Ambiente e Clima, in Biodiversity area of interest.
