Prof. Giovanni Porta and Elisa Baioni, former MIPORE postdoc, have just published in ARC Geophysical Research:
“Upscaling transport and sorption processes via spatial Markov model in a three-dimensional porous domain”
Their work introduces a numerical tool to model pore-scale transport alongside adsorption and desorption processes using a trajectory-based spatial Markov model.
