Professors Monica Riva and Alberto Guadagnini attended the second edition of Festival dell’Ingegneria. Festival dell’Ingegneria is a divulgative event organized by Politecnico di Milano aimed at sharing research achievements with the citizens of all ages.

Monica gave a talk entitled “Groundwater: the invisible that matters“, emphasizing the key role of underground water resources as the world primary source of fresh water and the critical importance of modeling and predicting flow and transport processes in such environment.
