MIPORE Group at IDRA2024!

MIPORE group had a fantastic time at IDRA2024 conference in Parma. Here are some of our key presentations:

• Laura shared her latest findings on modeling Diclofenac dynamics in a porous lab column.
• Chiara showcased her innovative experimental setup to assess nano-scale absolute dissolution rates.
• Monica presented a 3D hydrogeological model of the Po river groundwater system.
• Giovanni shared insights from the AMAZING project on climate change and vegetation cover dynamics in the M’Chouneche oasis, Algeria. He also co-convened a session about transport processes in aquatic domain across various observation scales.
• Elisa presented her work on modeling solute transport and mixing in porous media under turbulent flow conditions.
• Aronne presented an operational sensitivity analysis methodology applied to the assessment of flooding volumes in urban areas.
